Hi, I’m Carrie – the heart (and hands!) behind Classic Cakes by Carrie. My love for baking started in my mother’s kitchen when I was a pre-teen, where the scent of warm vanilla and fresh-baked cakes filled the air. She taught me that the best cakes aren’t just made with butter and sugar – they’re made with love, nostalgia, and a sprinkle of joy. 💕

 

Inspired by the charm of 1950s diners and the timeless magic of homemade desserts, I created Classic Cakes by Carrie to bring a taste of the past to today’s world. Every cake, cupcake, and sweet treat I make is handcrafted with real, wholesome ingredients – just like Grandma used to do. No shortcuts, no fondant, no artificial flavors – just pure, old-fashioned goodness.
